SERP Recognition

InfoRoute's AddressAbility Software is recognized by the Canada Post Corporation's Software Evaluation and Recognition Program(SERP) in exceeding SERP requirements.

SERP evaluates and recognizes a software package based on Address Validation, Address Validation and Correction and Postal Code Lookup criteria. According to SERP requirements:

Validation software must properly categorize addresses as valid or invalid in 99% of the cases.

Address Correction software must accurately correct at least 90% of 'correctable' records with 99% accuracy, and must reject at least 99% of 'non-correctable' records without attempting correction.
